In the booking settings you have the option to add a booking confirmation and booking reminder emails, users will see this when they make a booking.
Step 1: Go to the Booking module, within the Admin area. Click on the 'Settings' button in the top right.
Once in booking settings select 'Edit booking emails'.
Step 2: Here you can describe what your users should do when they turn up to your venue or any other information that may be relevant to their booking such as a pin code they may need to access the resources.
Please note: The phone number and email that appear on the booking confirmation are pulled through from your profile module. Please go here to amend these details.
Step 3: You also have the option to enter in 'Reminder Information', here you can input information about the club.
Step 4: Make sure you save any changes you make using the blue 'Save' button at the bottom of the page before you exit.
