Creating a schedule for your venue is the first step in arranging who has access to your resources and if any charges will occur for bookings. In this section, you can create different schedules for different times of the year.
You can use the default schedule, to create multiple rules. The only reason to create multiple schedules is if you have lots of different rules at different times of the year then this would be a good way to manage your schedules.
Step 1: To create a schedule for your venue go to the Booking module along the left-hand side in the Admin area, then over on the top right of the page, click into 'Settings' and scroll down the page to the 'Manage schedules'.
Step 2: Here you can choose to manage your default schedule by clicking the 'Manage' button adjacent to the default schedule (for more information on how to manage your schedules, click here. Alternatively, you can select the blue 'Add schedule' button to create a new schedule, where you choose a name for the schedule and the dates it is active from. For example, you could create a autumn schedule that runs from the end of September until the end of December see below.
Once you have created the schedule click the blue 'Save schedules' button so you can then manage your new schedule.
Please note: If the dates of schedules overlap then the booking sheet will automatically pick up the default schedule. The dates must not overlap.
