Clubspark Customer Service

ClubSpark prides itself on its customer service and providing the best service possible to the Organization Staff, Club Administrators, Volunteers and Coaches.

Clubspark offer different levels of support (1st line or 2nd line) depending on your organization and their support agreement. In the below chart, please review the Organization Support Chart on who and how to contact your organization for support using the Clubspark club management and competition tools.

You can also access the articles via the Admin Home Page within the admin pages of ClubSpark by clicking on either the help button and searching for articles or clicking on the promoted articles on the home page or the Help button found on the bottom left of the screen

Our dedicated customer service team are all experts on the ClubSpark platform. They are available to respond to email enquiries during the hours below. If you a submit a request outside of these hours, the team will follow up during the next working day.

We have an established private Facebook Group for Coaches and Administrators who use ClubSpark.

This is a group for venue admins/committee members and coaches who use the ClubSpark platform, to support and help each other in using the ClubSpark platform & apps.

 

This group is monitored by ClubSpark, but any support queries need to be directed to either your organization or clubspark support, depending on the organization, where a member of the team will be able to pick it up and assist you further.
