Junior and group memberships will have a main contact assigned to them. The main contact can be changed at any time from within the Membership module of the Admin area.
Step 1: Go to the membership package they are within and select a group or junior member, this will bring up their membership record.
Please note: In a group membership the membership record will only show the family name in bold.
In a Junior membership record you will have the member's name first and then the main contact in brackets, as shown in the image in Step 2.
Step 2: Click the 'Contact Details' tab, will show you who the current main contact is for the group or junior membership.
Step 3: To change the main contact, click on the blue 'Change main contact' button.
Step 4: You can now enter the details of the new main contact. If they are already within your contact's list, select 'Existing contact' and then search for the contact's name, this will avoid duplicating their contact record.
If they are new to the venue and don't have an existing contact, use the 'New contact' option and fill out their details, then send them an invite to register.
Step 5: Make sure to hit 'Save' after changing the main contact. This should now reflect in the membership record if you go to the 'Contact Details' tab.
