If you have created a continuous membership package that your members can purchase, you may find that year on year your memberships fees increase or decrease and you need to reflect this for your existing members.
You can do this bulk, by following this guide here.
However, in some cases, you might want/need to edit an individual's Direct Debit fees instead of the whole membership package and you can do that by following this guide.
Step 1: Find the package that the member is within. Once you have located the member, click on their name to bring up their individual membership record.
Step 2: Here you will be able to click on the 'Edit' button (highlighted below) to update their membership fee.
Step 3: Once you click on the 'Edit' button, the boxes will become editable allowing you to enter in the revised fee in the Monthly Cost (£) column, before clicking on the 'Save' button (highlighted below).
Once you have clicked 'Save' the member will receive an email informing them that their monthly Direct Debit for their membership has been changed to the new fee.
