You can export your members data from within any of the membership packages or when in 'View all members' section via the Membership module. You can export via PDF or CSV file, depending on what you require.
Please note: For junior and group memberships (i.e. Family packages), the 'main contact' details (name + email address) will now show on the export file.
Step 1: Head to the Membership module on the left hand side in your Admin area.
Step 2: Whether you are in a membership package or the 'View all members' section, select all the members that you would like to export by ticking the box next to the 'first name column' and then clicking on the 'more' button (icon with the three dots).
If you want to view the 'Main Contacts' for a membership remember to switch from 'Members' to 'Main Contacts' as shown below:
Step 3: You will have the option to 'Export PDF' or 'Export CSV'. Exporting to PDF will export all the data in the members listing table of each selected member.
Exporting to CSV will export all the data associated with each selected member, i.e. all their contacts details, address etc and you will be able to filter this depending on the information you require.
