View Participants List
Step 1: Open the events module and select the event you wish to view. Note: If the event is in the past, click on active events drop down to completed events.
Once you have found the event, click on anywhere on the line of the event to open it up.
Step 2:
From this page, you will see an overview of the sessions and numbers of registrants.
Here you have two options:
To see everyone who has signed up - click All Participants . Here you can send them an email, print the list or download to a CSV file. It will just include their names and contact details. You need to select all participants then click on the email, print or download button.
To view the participants for each session, you need to go to the sessions page, open the session and then you can do the same as above.
To view the email log
If you send any emails from the clubspark system, they will be available to view in the email log. More details are available here: Email Log
Adding a Player
We advise that players register themselves, this ensures you have the correct contact information and they agree to the terms and conditions of you collecting their data. However, it is possible to manually add a player, you will need to link them to another player. We are working on this feature and hope to have resolved soon. Once you have one person signed up, you can then open their contact and then ADD PLAYER.
Then if the player is already a contact, select Existing Contact.
Alternatively add the details of the person. Once you have done this, they will then appear in the Contacts Module. Remember to click Save.
Remove a Player
In the event, select the session that you wish to remove the player. Then select the player by clicking on anywhere on that player. This will open the player details and then on Contact Options select Remove.
