To manage your connected Stripe accounts, we've created a short guide to help.
You'll need to be in the Payments module to follow along with these guides.
This guide will include the following sections:
Check which Stripe Account is Assigned to a Module
There is two ways to check this:
Option 1 (simplest): In the 'Assign modules' tab, this will list the Stripe account in use next to the module listed:
Option 2: In the payments module, under 'Accounts'. There is a column that shows 'Connected to' and this will show the modules the Stripe account is assigned to:
Click more if there is more than one, and a pop up box will show, listing all the connected modules.
Find the Stripe Account ID
Please note: This is an important step if you are contacting Stripe support but have more than one Stripe account registered. This will let Stripe know the exact Stripe account you are contacting them from.
On the Accounts page, under the ID column, click 'Copy' next to Stripe account you want the Account ID for and then, you can paste this in an email or where required to see the Account ID:
Rename a Stripe Account/Manage on Stripe
From the Accounts tab, each connected Stripe account will have an 'Options' dropdown menu,

Step 1: From the options menu click 'Rename account':
Step 2: Change the name and then click 'Rename' to save:
Manage on Stripe (Access Stripe Dashboard)
From the 'Options' dropdown menu you can also click 'Manage on Stripe' which will take you to the respective Stripe accounts dashboard.
