How to Enter a Walkover / Retirement / Defaults / Withdraw on the Day / Other Score
Note for Withdrawing a Player: If a player withdraws on the day, but they still want to play in the consolation draw or the tournament has already started then this is where you will enter the withdraw.
- From Tournament Desk, select the match to be scored.
- Click on the three dots on the top right of the match you are adding the score for and click Enter Score from the drop-down menu that appears.
- If some of the games were played but the set was not completed you can still enter the scores here, entering in the losing score first. It will automatically populate the result as if the set had been completed but you can correct this by highlighting the box , DO NOT press backspace, and entering the score.
- Enter the reason for the incomplete match, i.e. retirement - click on the three dots next to the player(s) name. The match status box will appear, choose from one of the options. Click Apply and then the score will be updated and you will view this here.
- Click Save & Close to save the entered score.
